Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
Watches can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the watch has not been used and is in new condition with its original packaging. The customer must present valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned watch in our warehouse.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your watch for another model, please contact our customer service. An exchange will be subject to availability and will be processed once the returned watch is received.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us by phone (054-2857941) or email to begin the return process.
  2. We will arrange for the return of the watch via a courier, or guide you on how to return it to us by mail.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the watch, we will notify you about the next steps (refund or exchange).

Non-Returnable Items:
Watches that have been used, watches in damaged condition (except for manufacturer defects), and watches that are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective due to a manufacturing issue or an error on our part.
